Looking for a Shogun game..

I could be entirely wrong, and mybad if I am.. But I'm about 90% Sure, that there was a game called Shogun a while back... I was pretty little, so maybe about 10-15 years ago? In Shogun, you pretty much controlled mechs, and you could hit V to transform into a vehicle mode, or out of vehicle mode, and you fired like.. Different lazer weapons. It was for the PC, though the name Shogun is the most detail I have about it's name/creators. I do know it appeared to be a foreign game, asian I believe. Anyone have any information, or a link to more? Thanks!
