Looking for a router

What I am looking for is a rack mount router that is similar to the linksys or netgear routers for home use. Basically I have a wall mount rack that holds a switch, which also acts as a shelf for my linksys router. but eventually after a few door slams by the son, the router is left hanging by its cords in the air. So is their a router I can use, or some sort of Kit for making the linksys rack mountable?

Piece of plywood with some screws going through the rack and into the wood.

Then set your devices on the plywood.

If you do not want to use plywood, get a piece of 2X12 solid wood and screw it to the rack.

While your driving around town, look for a place where new homes are being built / or construction areas. Construction crews will usually let you dig through a scrap pile for a couple of pieces of wood.
