Looking for a review site for ecommerce sites

Wife is wanting to get some type of bag called a 'Hermes Birkin' and found them for cheap here. But she (and I) are worried about trusting this site that I've never heard of. I doubt anyone has used this site, but if they have, can anyone vouch for it or does anyone know of a site that might rate it?
