So my boss put me in charge of specing a new color laser printer for the lab. Now, our last laser printer (a xerox phaser 6250) developed paper jamming issues after about 3 years, so this time around I want to see if I can find a laser printer that's decently reliable.
I think the lab prints a max of 2000 pages per month (usually about 500 pages). The printer needs to be on the network and work with linux, mac, and pc. I'm looking at spending around $500 (max $1000).
Does anyone have any recommendations, especially for reliability?
