looking for a recommendation: athlon mb with raid and ieee1394

Anyway - looking for some personal recommendations:

I would like an Athlon board with 5 pci slots (hard to find an atx board without), but it must also have onboard raid and firewire. The raid need not be sata, as I don't have any sata hard drives, and by the time I do, I will be going with another board anyway.

Are there any boards to stay away from?
