Dell mobos are specifically manufactured for Dell by various mobo makers and not available elsewhere. You'll be hard pressed to find any specific info, unless Dell makes it available. If you call Dell tech support, be prepared for language difficulties, misunderstandings, stupidity, excessive hold times, gibberish, transfers to the wrong department, hang ups, etc. If I call them, I make sure I have at least an hour to spare.

Just Googled it and learned that Gateway also uses it. It appears to be an Intel made mobo.

Use the model number of the Dell system and do a search on ebay and pricewatch. You might get lucky. A yahoo search may get you some venders with memory specific to your board.
