Looking for a quiet htpc case that performs like antec p183 or corsair 550d

Looking to build a silent htpc. Are there any horizontally oriented htpc cases in the $150 or under range that have the same level of sound absorption as the Antec P183, Nanoxia DS1, or Corsair 550D?

Current specs of htpc build:

Intel i3-4130 dual core cpu or Intel i5-4430 quad core
NoFan CR-95C passive cooler
Asus H81M-E motherboard
Seasonic 400W fanless PSU
4x2 GB DDR1333 RAM
Noctua NF-F12 to replace stock case fans.
