hi, im looking for a nice quiet cooler that's ok ... not amazing ... just ok for an xp1600+. I live in Canada ... so take this into consideration ...

😉 IMHO Volcano7+ are very effective and great value coolers. They have a manual control, on medium setting it is remarkably quiet whilst still giving 95% of its cooling power. Other good fans are Thermalright AX-7, ThermR SLK800, Alpha PAL8045, Swift MCX462 are all efficient coolers while Papst 26cfm at 19dB is pretty quiet but for extreme o/c'ing 35cfm+ is best. Don't forget dB is a logarithmic scale and as such 1dB makes a fair bit of difference.
