Looking for a quiet, cheap, AM2 fan

I picked up an X2 4200+ for a steal, but it's OEM so I need a fan.

I was planning on using it as a server in my room, so I'd like it to be as quiet as possible, and relatively inexpensive - so no $40 silent coolers.

I have a case that has lots of fans in it, but I would like to run as few of them as possible beacuse of noise.

If you don't overclock, and allow Cool & Quiet to work, then you can probably get by with any cheap cooler (providing your BIOS has "Smart Fan" control).

This $6 cooler or this $10 cooler would work fine.
