Buy a $5 60mm-to-80mm fan adapter from CompUSA. Then install any cheap, ball bearing 80 mm fan. It will be quieter and will provide adequate cooling, as long as you don't overclock too much. I replaced the 60 mm fan on my palimino XP1700+ with an 80 mm fan, and I was still able to maintain my overlock to XP1900+ speeds.

I have the same Sunon 50CFM fan and while its "quiet" for a high performance fan, its still pretty audible.
