Looking for a quiet 400w PS...

I am looking for a 400w ps..

My choices so far:
Antec 400w..pp412x..P4 and AMD approved or pp-403x ..just amd approved..Antec

Enermax 431 whisper quiet..but I am concerned about the 5v rail problems...these have been reported on Epox...<a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.enermax.com.tw/PRODUCTS/SWITCH-MAIN.HTM[l]

I am switching to athlon xp 1700 and KR7A-RAID...my current Antec 300w PS worked fine at 146 fsb with just mosel ram..the pny will not cas 2 at 146..it will do cas2 at 138...top fsb with the pny was like 142 or 143 but at cas3

I am hoping to get the 1700 at 150 fsb with 512 Crucial pc2100 ddr ram..do I have a chance or will I need to boost the Poewr supply ....I could get a 350 w..smaller less expensive

Ouch..$170 ....I little noise is not bad..for that price
