I'll be mainly using it for viewing movies and playing games.
Ideally, it would be a 24 inch screen, but anywhere from 23-27" would work if its a great moniter overall.
Also looking for a matte display with either IPS or VA panels with LED backlight. Hopefully a decent response time (6-8ms?).
Having displayport would be awesome too.
Also low or no back light bleeding since I'll be watching movies in the dark.
My budget is anywhere from $300 to $500... preferably closer to $300. Obviously with this budget, I can only look for resolutions of 1920x1200 or 1920x1080, anything higher is out of my budget.
