looking for a program to purpously place data at the END of a HD

yeah. i want to store a bunch of stuff on a harddrive but i hardly access it and i want to put it at the end of the drive so that it will suffer from the worst transfer rates ensuring that other more frequently accessed data does not reside there. plenty of programs will help me move data to the beginning (all defragers) but i cant find one to do the opposite. can anyone help me?
 
Speed Disk that is included with Norton System Works Pro 2002 allows you to select files to be placed at the end of the disk after all other files and free space.

I am sure Speed Disk is included in many versions of Norton Utillities, System Works and may also be available alone.

I like System Works Pro if you shop around you can usually find an OEM copy for less than the retail price of just one of the components.
