Looking for a program to do invoicing for customs

I need a new program for work to handle customs at work, things like shipping to Canada, NAFTA, invoicing, and so on. The application we have is so old the company doesn't exist any more and even google doesn't bring up any info on it. I am not familiar with this area of software and was hoping someone could recommend a good program to me. Thanks!
 
We use some custom programs made in Filemaker 7.0 at work. I work in the stevedoring industry (unloading/loading cargo ships). I haven't personally made any custom programs but I think it shouldn't be too difficult and you could make it meet your companies specific needs.
 
From your post, the old program seems unable to do the job.

Are you able to clearly determine what enhancements are needed?

Without that, it can be difficult to reverse engineer an application for enhancements

It may be that you desire a simplistic DB with a user interface.?
Do you know how the existing program is supposed to work.

Without more details, assistance here could be limited.
