Looking for a program that will list http files.

I`ve used a program before in that will allow you to browse a website just like you would an ftp server. You could see the files, and the directories associated with a URL.

Anyone know of a program that does this?
 
Nothing is going to do that is directory browsing is turned off on the server (which it is on 90% of them). You are better off getting a site grabber like wget and just pulling the whole thing down.
