Looking for a program that will give me news for any keyword

Hi, probably a very noobish question, but here is my conundrum. I need to be able to have a program site that will send me articles every time a person's name comes up. For example, if I put in 'Johnny Johnson', it will show me the links of all of the articles on the internet with that particular name on it and send to a 'feed' for me to read all of it, but I want to have multiple names all being sent to the same feed. Is this something an RSS reader would do?
 
Yahoo and Google both had something like this a while back, I don't think either still exist.

PRISM maybe? Call the NSA
 
The problem is, if you are looking for people, an alert for search engine results won't get you much.

Especially now that so much is within walled gardens of social media.
 
I don't technially want them emailed to me, just perhaps something that would display all of the articles on a web page or even an app.

The problem is that individual feeds don't really work in this scenario. I doubt the AP would actually report something that happened in some small town Iowa newspaper.

Know what I mean?

It's not actually for a person (ie, FB or G+)

I'm starting up a website about people who have been wrongly put in jail for crimes and it would make it easy to just be able to put the persons name in, and then all news articles related to that name would pull down.

so why not just use a search API?
