Looking for a program that will compare 2 cd's bit by bit

Which OS is this in? I beleive their is a built in 'Nix command for going through a file and comparing it bit by bit, but I've never treid using it to entire directories...

I need to do this in windows 2000. I know there is the "fc" command but I don't think it can do entire cd's.

Thanks,

There's a program called "Frhed - Free Hex Editor" that should do the trick. I used it to verify that some files were properly burned to disc (right down to the bit) before updating the firmware on my DVD player. Do a Yahoo search for it, you should be able to find it (and instructions). If not, send me your email and i'll email it to ya.
