Looking for a program, a way to manage internet speed. I used netlimiter, but my son saw it in the systray, and removed all the speed caps (now my internet lags). It would be nice if i could set the maximum speed for the internet independent of home lan.
I would like something that can be hidden. I would even pay up to $100 for it.
Please help me out, Thanks

As other suggested, I think you should talk to your son and explain that he needs to download less. Maybe tell him that he is going to have to pay half of the internet bill if he doesn't.

Or if he is still really young, just spank him. 😉
