Looking for a professional quality colour printer

I'm looking for a professional for some things I would like to do.

I am going to be making some DVD's and I want to make them look professional with a printed cover on the DVD as well as a printed cover in the sleeve of the DVD cover.

I am aware of the printers like the Epson R200 and others, and they look pretty good, but I want something that looks better and also has lower cost of consumables. I have seen some Indian DVD's and some of them you can tell they were printed on printers like this, and they look pretty good, but others I have seen have a more polished and higher quality feel.

I'm also looking to print small flyers and posters with a similar quality.

I may be asking too much here and equipment for what I need may be way too much, but I thought I would ask if there is anything at a reasonable cost.

Thanks for the info, but I was looking for something that prints directly onto the disc as I've heard that going the label route is not a good idea.

Most of the Canon Pixma line can print directly on CD or DVD but it is disable and needs to be turned back on: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxUbEMBTysM

Click the link in my sig for instructions.

Also for the best quality they make Glossy inkjet printables now that are smudgeproof: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=194763
