I'm not sure if this is going to make any sense but I am going to try to describe what I am looking for.

I am looking for a site that will tell you everything you need to do to setup a pc for gaming. (on different operating systems, I have windows 7 64bit

What I am looking for, A site that will tell me how to
1. Setup a gaming pc for the best performance
2. A site that will tell me the best way to test a gaming pc
3. A site that will tell me where to find the best drivers for gaming

I think I made my point. I am not a pro and I am sure there are different things I could be doing to increase my performance for gaming. I am looking for a site that will help me setup everything for the greatest performance.

I hope I made sense lol.

as an example: I turned off unneeded services. After I did this I went from 15% physical memory usage down to 13% memory usage. 2% is pretty good. I didnt even turn off to many of them. And I made sure that the ones that I turned off (disabled) wouldnt interfere with windows.

There's no such thing. Run Windows default, and that's as good as it gets. If you want more performance, overclock. You test it by running benchmarks, The danger of that is you get too wrapped up in meaningless numbers and your life revolves around running benchmarks. Some gfx drivers are better than others, and it changes all the time. The best driver now, won't be the best driver next month. Generally there isn't a big difference between them, but people caught up in running benches chase the difference. It isn't worth the effort imo.

Edit:
And turn your services back on. 6 months from now you'll forget what you changed, and you'll wonder why something isn't working as it should.
