Looking for a pocket size camera - recommendations?

I'm currently looking to pick up a pocket sized point-and-shoot camera, and I've been looking at the Sony T1. Anyone have it and can point out the pros and cons of it? I've looked at reviews and people have said that there's a red-eye issue with the flash being so close to the lens. Also, outdoor night time shots aren't that great. That concerns me since I'd like to pick it up and be able to use it while I'm at Times Square for New Year's Eve celebration. I've also read problems with limited flash range issues as well.

Any other recommendations besides the Sony T1? I'm looking for a camera with 640x480 video recording just like the T1. Minimum MP would be at least 3 MP. TIA!

I have a Casio Exilim Z40 . . . its pretty good, the only issue I have with it is that you have to have the dock to recharge and send, which makes it a pain when travelling

also it uses SD cards, which were expensive when i got it
