No I have relatively short legs for my height. Im pretty proportionate in terms of legs/torso.

I never get the huge waist sizes in jeans that I see remaining. 34 is fine nif you're a big guy like 6'2", but when I'm 5'9", I know I should be around 32..

32 inseam is huge for a 5'7" guy. It would drag along the ground. I have longer than average legs, and I still wear 30" inseam for being 5'9".

Well I think his actual size is 29x31 but those are hard to find, so he goes with 30x32.

I'm 5'7", and can only find jeans that are 30 length. Most of the time, the 30 length is still too long for me. Where can I find decent jeans that are shorter, like 28-29?

Most brands dont make mens jeans in that length.

38x34 isn't a very uncommon size, imho. Back in my slimmer days, I wore those (want some used bluejeans, cheap?? ).

I just bought some Wranglers relaxed fit online at Walmart's website. My local store just wasn't carrying my size, or if they did, it was selling out as fast as they stocked 'em. I checked around online, and they were the cheapest, even after tax & shipping, than any other place. Not sure if it'll be the same for your Levi's, OP, but it's worth a check.

i am 5'-11" and wear 32 inseam (it is just a tad longer). 30" inseam is also ok but is just a tad shorter. I need 31" inseam but I go with whatever is available.

finding a 36x30 is much easier than 36x32 though (and yeah, i need some cardio to get down to 34x32...working on it...used to be 38x32)
