Looking for a PHP/MYSQL book.

I was asked to teach a new class at a community college. The students will already have a database class and a Unix class. This class with teach them php development with a focus on using mysql as a database.

I am looking for a good book to use for the class. I want a strong focus on php and database access and a small subsection on javascript/ajax would be great too.

Any suggestions?
