looking for a pci usb 2.0 card

My rig only has usb 1.xx and I'm looking to upgrade via a PCI card. I've seen brands like IOGear and Belkin, who advertise the cards with and without "HISPEED" on them. Is this marketing or is there a difference between these models?

Is there any particular card I should get or find the cheapest?

Belkin is a good reliable card. I prefer them to no-name brands. As long as it says USB 2.0 it is "Hispeed".

Well, I'm an El Cheapo kinda of guy. I do not see a whole lot of difference between brand names and generic names when it comes to PCI card USB 2.0. So I will go for the cheapest I can get based on the number of USB Ports.

USB PCI cards come in 3 major chipset flavors... ALI, .NEC, and VIA with NEC being the best.
