Well, I hope you were looking for a GeForce4MX based PCI board, because that's the best you're going to get. No Ti series in PCI. But here is an MX440 PCI with dual-VGA outs that I ran across a while back:

I have never used a Jaton card, but for a while I did have an Inno3D MX440 PCI card that worked well. You might be able to find other vendors that sell the same card, also. This is the only dual display GeF4 PCI based card I have come across. Perhaps someone else might know if there are others.

If you want a good card, go for a Radeon 9000 PRO, if they have dual monitor support, as it's faster than a Geforce 4 MX. If you already have a Geforce 4 in AGP slot though, then a PCI GF4 MX is the best you're gonna get. You could always look at a Matrox solution if all you want if dual monitor, and no gaming performance, some of the G450/550 were good 2D quality, dual head and PCI afaik.
