I am really tired of VI and Emacs/Xemacs.

I am using an Xwindows environment and am looking for any full blown text editors.
I like the MS Visual text editor and I also like the editor called TextPad.

Does anyone know of such editors for Unix on an Xwindows setup.
I write a lot of code on my unix box and would like to move out of the command-line-editor BS.

We will be installing this editor on a HP Unix Box.

Sweetness,
Mer.

If the version of vi installed is vim, learn to use it and you'll probably grow to like it. It's got too many features to mention, I'm to the point where I install gvim on all my Windows boxes now because most other text editors suck.

In the non-free area, I like Code Crusader
