Looking for a nice chair to buy for my computer desk, suggestions?

Hello all, I just bought a really nice desk setup for my computer, but I didn't buy a chair yet. I'm looking to spend a maximum of $130 on a nice chair.

I'd like to know what chairs my fellow AT patrons use to cushion the already generous padding God gave our hips.

My room is carpeted. Is it REALLY necessary to buy a chair mat as well?

I prefer leather over fabric, but I'm curious as to how those mesh chairs feel.

Recommendations, people?

I'm looking for one too... I think staples or one of the office stores has one on sale for 40 bucks tommorow....

i use to have THE most comfortable chair.. and it wasnt leather.. fabric.. from service merchandise.. executive, locks reclined and normal.. the recline mechanism wasnt like these crap chairs you see at OD and OM and staples.. it was nice.. allowed it to go back without pushing you back up.. arms were soft 'rubber' feel..
