Looking for a nice bedside computer stand.

I seem to be confined to my bed more and more as I grow older and I'm in the market for a stand that would make the use of my laptop more convenient.

I would like something similar to the carts/stands/devices that you see in hospitals on which they serve meals to patients.

I would like a nice wooden furniture grade device (mahogony or cherry wood preferred). I have not been able to find anything like that but I seem to remember seeing pictures of similar stands in some magazines. I'd appreciate any help locating this item.
