Looking for a new TV under $400

I am wanting a new TV nothing too big probably 20"-32" max. I want to spend a max of $400. I want it to be flatscreen, but LCD would be nice too. I wan't HDTV but it's not required. Any suggestions for brands, or models?

Good luck getting a decent sized LCD/flatscreen HDTV for that price

Yeah, no. Your best bet is a flat screen CRT SD TV. Something like this.
