Looking for a new server motherboard.. Help :)

Whats a good server motherboard these days? I was using Asus p3b-f's, but they've finally started to become rare.

Things I'm looking for -
BX(preferred) or 815E chipset
4 dimm slots
slot1(preferred) or socket370
support for at least up to p3-800
Very stable

And I was wondering.. Does intel still produce BX chipsets?

Alright.. it looks like I'll definetly need at least some slot1 motherboards.. we've got a lot of extra slot1 processors laying around

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
