Looking for a new roomate, does this advertisement look ok?

We need a new roomate for our house, so I'm going to put this up at our favorite local coffeeshop and probably put it up at craigslist as well. Any opinions? It's hard to come across as someone who isn't a partier, but still has regular social events...

I would shorten it if you plan on posting it in a coffeehouse setting....maybe make a really short version with a link to that. When you say rent is $450 and utilities $75 I assume that's before it's split up? You might want to make that more clear. I would also ditch the word "crap" in there, it sounds kinda bad. If you're looking to shorten things, you don't have to mention you play games (taboo, etc.) the three times that you do. Other than that, sounds like a good deal!

Yeah, and in order to make it look good, I wanted to make sure everyone else thought it looked good. I hate putting out an unfinished product...

Of the main text? Maybe I just need to change it...it's already #000, so maybe Georgia isn't easy enough on the eyes? Any other recommendations?

That's cool -- to be honest, we're interested in like-minded people, who usually aren't too straight and to the point. I do appreciate the feedback, though.
