My current one is a cheap Powmax 580W Demon.

Question #1: Can a 24pin PSU work with the NF2 motherboards? Even though they're 20pin?

Question #2: Can you recommend me TWO power supplies? One that is 24pin and one that is 20pin. Stability, Noise, and Cost is in concerned.

Thanks,
Horace

I can certainly recommend the PSU that I use:

Antec Neopower 480W. This is natively a 24pin one but comes with an adapter to use 20pin.

Antec, Enermax, Fortron, Sparkle. I have an enermax thats 24 pin, but the extra 4 pins can be seperated from the rest of the connector so it will fit in a 20pin motherboard. Good choice on replacing the Powmax, I wouldn't use that thing for long, I had a powmax go pow and take my motherboard with it..

If you have clearance off the correct end of your ATX connector, you can use a 24 pin w/o an adapter as the first 20 pins are the same. I recommend to avoid power adapters wherever possible.
