Looking for a new power supply

To start, I currently have this MicroATX Mini Tower Case

Inside, it came with an "ISO" 250W power supply. (Pic of label)

The fan on the PSU is getting really loud, and I am beginning to think that only having 250W split up between 4 HDDs, 2 optical Drives, and an agp 7600gt might be a bit much.

What wattage PSU would you reccomend, and do I need to get a special-sized one to fit in my case? Not sure if I need to shop for a microatx PSU, or if any size will work (It's been a long time since I worked with PSUs).

Thanks in advance!

edit: I would like to try and get one with the 24-pin mainboard connector. My current one only had the 20-pin, so i had to buy a 20-->24 pin adapter (but I'd rather not use it if i don't have to.

The six digit number indicates CWT was the builder, so it's probably a fair PSU.
With a quick search I could not be sure of it's size. Measure it. If it's 150mm wide, 140mm deep and 86mm thick, it will be ATX, proceed from there.

After reading a bunch of reviews on the case, it looks like people have been replacing it with regular PSUs. I think I'm gonna go for a 500W antec, that should take care of all my power-consuming components 😛

PS: Was a total idiot for running all that stuff (4HDDs, 2 optical drives, 7600GT (own power connector)) on a 250W PSU?

No you were not an idiot for using the 250W unit. You will be an idiot if you buy Antec for power needs.
Pony-up to a 380W Seasonic for cool, quiet, clean, stable power.
