Looking for a new Pentax lens for my IST DL

Hi everyone,
I have a Pentax IST DL and I was looking for a more powerful lens for it. I found these two pentax lenses on BHphotovideo:

The prices are pretty close are the rebate, but it would be nice to only pay $150 and not deal with the rebate. But what is the difference in the lenses? It looks like the first one has a longer range, but why is it cheaper? Also, its silver (I like that), and its not on the rebate list here:

Is that good or bad?
Just now, I also found one even cheaper! For $130, I can get:

That one has a long range, plus its wider? 75-300mm. Can anyone give some thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!
