My wireless Logitech M705 has crapped out on me and I need another mouse. I'm looking to give others brands a try also if people feel Logitech has gone south. I'm a light gamer on PC so I don't need a mouse just for gaming and I would even entertain a wired option too.

I've been warranty surfing since I bought the MX 700 (then onto MX 1000 then to MX Revolution). The last in that series I think has lasted beyond the 5-year warranty common to all three and still seems to be in decent working order.
 
As a wired option I like the little MS notebook mice. They're light and have short cables. Depends how far away your USB socket is though. I actually use an Apple keyboard so it plugs into the side of that, hence the need for a short cable.

Funny I just converted from Razer to Logitech. I picked up a G500S and love it so far.

I just bought the FK after you recommended it here. Checked out some reviews too and decided it was worth a shot.

It's replacing an Zowie EC2 and so far I love it. It fits my hand beautifully and might finally be the perfect fingertip mouse.
