Looking for a new MOBO --

Been reading through here but i think i read too much b/c i still cant make a buy. I agree on the kt266a chipset but i like the Shuttle mobo's and saw someone mention the AT35. I cant find specs on it. I mainly game and code so i want power. ANy help would be just great!
And any good price sites? I tend to use pricewatch but sometimes they lack what i want.

Newegg had the shuttle ak31a for $59 shipped, and has the epox 8KHA+ for $69, both refurbished with 30 day warranty. Of the 2, the epox usually overclocks a little higher than the shuttle, but both are fast. I've used the shuttle for the last 4 months. I'm switching to the P4 1.6a with an epox 4sda+ (ddram) to see how high it will overclock.
