Looking for a new mobo, but want to keep some old parts

What I'm working with now is the EVGA nforce6 680i SLI Deluxe. It doesn't handle SSD RAID very well and causes the array to lock up pretty frequently. This last time my MBR, or whatever, got wiped out and wouldn't let me boot into Win7.

I'm looking for a new mobo that will take my Socket 775 Q6700, provide built-in RAID0, can handle SATA 2.0 SSDs well, and take 4x2GB 240-pin 800Mhz DDR2 RAM. If it matters, my PSU is 520W.

Any help you guys can provide will be appreciated, as Newegg only lists a few mobos and the reviews aren't so stellar. Thanks in advance.

After some Newegg-fu, I think you may have to settle with a used board here. S775 boards are rare enough as is, but finding a brand-new board S775 board with the ICH10R chipset (necessary for RAID) and DDR2 support is practically impossible.🙁 I can't find anything suitable from any of the major retailers.
