Looking for a new laptop...

gaming lappies are kind of expenisve compared to the desktop industy, you might save if you use one of those shuttle sn25p cases. or if you really want the maximum portability then wait for another $750 off $1499 deal from dell to get a 9300, which aint a bad choice when you purchase it with centrino and a high end vid card.
 
Dell builds a fairly decent notebook. The Inspiron XPS line is targetted specifically at performance and gamer segments though, it has the option for a 6800 Go Ultra. The 9300 seems to just have 6800 Go.
