Looking for a new laptop...

Looking for a place to config off brand laptops liek acer or sager or whatever. Having trouble finding one with exactly what I want in it.

I want a 1.8-2.0 Pentium M. Battery life is very important. Looking for 1gig ram and the 60gig 7200rpm hdd. It is mostly for work, but I do like to game a pretty fair amount, so I'm lookign for at LEAST a Radeon 9600, but a 9700+ would be great. I've got about $2500 to spend.

Right now i have a T30 and I'm pretty happy with it. I hate the <2 hours batter life, and the crappy video card. I have looked at the T42's and I like them, but they barly meet my Video card Req's and for that price range I can barly seem to get the 1.8 cpu. Almost seems a waste when for the same money I can go from the 1.8 to a 2.0, and upgrade the video from a 64mb 9600, to a 128mb 9700. In fact it comes out $1-200 cheaper.

I just ordered a sager with the exact specs you noted for $2300. I'll let you know how it goes

Also, the 2.0 is available for like 300 more, but you can shave another 100 off for a cheaper screen, but the WUXGA is reeeeel purdy... I'd recommend it.

I priced the zForce F2 with 1 GB of RAM, an MR 9700 128MB, 60GB 7200RPM drive, and Dothan 755 for $2,176. It's at least a contenda.
