Looking for a place to config off brand laptops liek acer or sager or whatever. Having trouble finding one with exactly what I want in it.
I want a 1.8-2.0 Pentium M. Battery life is very important. Looking for 1gig ram and the 60gig 7200rpm hdd. It is mostly for work, but I do like to game a pretty fair amount, so I'm lookign for at LEAST a Radeon 9600, but a 9700+ would be great. I've got about $2500 to spend.
Right now i have a T30 and I'm pretty happy with it. I hate the <2 hours batter life, and the crappy video card. I have looked at the T42's and I like them, but they barly meet my Video card Req's and for that price range I can barly seem to get the 1.8 cpu. Almost seems a waste when for the same money I can go from the 1.8 to a 2.0, and upgrade the video from a 64mb 9600, to a 128mb 9700. In fact it comes out $1-200 cheaper.
