Looking for a new keyboard.

For a long time I've been using some Focus FK9000 keyboards, they're great because they have a built in calculator function as well as 12 programmable (no software required!) keys and a good feel. The downside, well aside from the AT style plug, they use old school style switches with exposed contacts. This means that they wear and aren't exactly reliable.

What are some good keyboards with programmable keys? I'm looking for a wired one, USB is perferred. I can accept that the calculator function will be replaced by a calculator.
