Thanks for the suggestions!

I drove a 2007 G35x and I loved it. They didn't have an older one for me to drive but I know the sales manager. Too much money for what i'm looking for.

I drove an Audi A4 but it was sluggish and the engine was noisey at idle. It had lots of features though.

I drove two 2005 Legacy GTs. One was an auto and the other was a 5 speed. The five speed had all the options on it and was a lot of fun to drive. it didn't have any of the issues people were talking about either. I think I can get a good price on this so we'll see what happens this weekend.

I drove a 1999 M3 with a custom suspension too. It was a lot of fun but impractical for what I want.

I've been looking for an S4 but there are none in my area or even close that i could find.

S4s are very very nice, if a little on the small side. My neighbor's Passat feels roomier, or about equal.

Have you tested a TL? The TL edges the field on interior and Nav system, imo. Great motor as well. Go do it!

Legacy GT's are nice too...but softer suspension, not as "fun" (IMO), and you see them everywhere. I almost bought one before I drove the MS6.
YOU might see them everywhere, but I only see a couple per month. I literally see more GTO's than I do LGT's, or even plain Legacy 2.5i's.

I've seen TWO Legacy GTs on the street since release but I've seen eleventeen billion Acura RL/TLs on the street. They are very nice but it looks like this LGT is a really good buy for me and it's easy to mod too. I may grab it Saturday if we can get to a good price.

I don't know where you live, but there are literally TONS of Legacy's around here if I include non GT models. I see them almost as much as the Outback/Forresters.

As for GTO's, I've seen maybe three in the past 9 months...

I guess it's all where you live...in most cases. Any chance you see more GTO's before you own one and probably notice them more than other cars?

*shrug*

Edit:

I see you live in Nascar country...probably explains the amount of GTO's you see. Also, winter driving is less of a concern down there, whereas up here, AWD is what everyone wants..

This is one reason I really like the MS6...only about 12k produced over two years, and only about 4-5k year in the US.

nitrous -

Enjoy the new car. LGT was my second choice and they are awesome cars. There is a great aftermarket for them as well. Did you ever get a chance to drive a MS6? The only reason I asked is I was just about ready to go and sign the papers for a LGT before I test drove my MS6...

Either way...enjoy the new wheels.

🙂
