Looking for a new HSF

Im looking to replace my HSF, I don't really care how loud it is, but i am looking for something <$30. Right now I am using a cheapo hsf with a heatsink degisn like this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835103166 but with a 92mm fan. I am addicted to low temps, and i am always looking to improve.

Also, I am looking for something to cool my 7600gt a bit better than the stock HSF. I am looking to spend about $30 on this also.
