Looking for a new cell phone

I've had my phone for about 2.5 years and I want a newer, fancier phone. But I'm having trouble finding a website that shows lots of different models and how much they cost. I went to the Cingular site but they wouldn't say how much the phones cost by themselves, just how much they cost when I get a 2 year contract. I also want to see if the local stores are ripping me off on cost and if I should order a phone online.

Also, I'm on Cingular and I would like to know what all different brands of phones I can use on Cingular.

Can anyone help me out?
 
I'm looking for a site that compares the PLANS from the main carriers. Mainly whatever deals they have going on at the moment. Any sites that have that information?
 
Geez, every single nice phone has a camera in it which makes them too expensive. I want a phone with a nice color screen, high quality sound, and NO CAMERA!

well i like the samsung E715. great screen, small, AND has a camera.

as for carriers t-mob is always the cheapest. and no do not get a 2-year contract.
 
Another good Idea is to check with your employer to see if you get a discount with any of the carriers. I just signed up with ATT and I got an cool phone (Motorola v505) and a pretty good deal.
