Looking for a new camcorder

With my daughter getting a lil bigger and doing cuter stuff and my 2nd one on the way, I'd like to upgrade my old sony camcorder.

My requirements:
Not too expensive. I have about $350 in gift cards from my bday to use so I'd like to keep it under 2-300 out of my pocket if possible
Would like to be able to shoot in HD
Would like to use memory cards (unless HDD is better. I really dunno. Either way, no tapes please 🙂)

If I had that kind of budget (~$600) I'd definitely pick up the HF100/HF200

And while you are in Walmart or Target, take a look at the Flip HD. So easy to use and great results.

Thanks for the info guys 🙂 I couldn't help myself and jumped on this deal. Got it for $550 after PM +coupon at Staples. Minus the $350 in bday gifts (plus another 100 coming) makes it almost 100 bucks out of my pocket.
