Any good books I should read? Not necessarily limited to the Sci-Fi Fantasy genre. I'm for anything thats a gripping tale. I want something that sucks me in!

EDIT: I've read the Harry Potterbooks and all the George R R Martin books out rght now

Have you read Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson? If not, give that a try. If you like it, you can start on the Baroque Cycle. I've only read the first of the 3 books in that series, Quicksilver, but so far it's a great read.
