Looking for a new AGP Card, please help.

I have been reading about the 7800 GS. I noticed that the X800XT AIW at Newegg is $300. Which one should I get as far as speed goes?

hmmm, fairly new in this area but I thought the 7800 series was only available with PCI Express.

Until someone better qualified get here, my hunch is that the 7800 is at least as fast and has more flexibility/features. Of course an All in Wonder has other things going for it, but you asked about speed.

The 7800GS with stock EVGA speeds (don't even pay attention to the anandtech review, they underclocked it heavily) will crush an X800XT in speed.

Wait a week and you should be able to get it under $300 online.

if you need a tuner, u might as well get the x800xt... but if u dont, 7800gs will pwnt the others at stock evga speeds.
