Looking for a Music Filtering Program

I need something to filter vocals out of songs so I can fit new lyrics to the music. Anyone know of something out there that can do it or something similar to this? Also along the same topic a program that can record singing from a computer microphone and fit it to the music...Im pretty new to this so any help is appreciated!
