Suggest me a good Motherboard with onboard Video, LAN and Modem. This is going to be an upgrade for a non-Profit org.

Desktop MB's rarely come with onboard modems, but since modems can be had for $10, why not just buy an add-on card? Your choices of MB's that have video and LAN are more extensive.

about the only boards i can think of that come with video, lan, and modem are the pc chips 810lmr and ecs k7sem

as was said above, many boards come with video and lan, but ones with modems are rare

if gaming is not an issue then yea go for the ecs k7sem's. I have two of that have been crunching 24/7 for well over 18 months now with no problems.

If I'm not mistaken you can have one with a built in duron for about $70-$80 not bad at all.

Best deal to do that will be stable and pretty good.....

Board = Biostar M7VIZ $63 ( Newegg.com )
Modem = Generic V.92 $9
CPU = Athlon 1700+ around $40

Board has Video, sound, and ethernet. Add a cheap V.92 modem and you are ready to rock. Fast, stable, and cheap.

I have an Imperial TriGem board which supports a p4 or celeron 1.5-2.0 gig socket 478. It has built in lan, usb, video, sound, everything but a damn modem. Make me an offer and I will consider. :)

Good luck

Thank you guys

I am also considering a Mirostar MB MS-6367 (available in *bay and some other place) ~$40. Ofcouse it dosnt have a modem and I think I can get a FAR PCI modem.

Modems never are fully onboard. You can use an ECS/PC-Chips all-in-one (they even come with onboard CPU) along with a (sometimes bundled) AMR modem riser.
