Question Looking for a M.2 drive

My new build will have an i7-10700k and an ASUS PRIME Z490-A MB. I'm looking to get my first M.2 drive. Looking for something middle of the road price/quality wise and 500GB. I'm willing to sacrifice a little speed for longevity.

I was suggested getting a Samsung 970 EVO Plus, WD SN750, HK Hynix P31, WD Black or Crucial P5. Also, these are on sale with an additional 10% off coupon on newegg. The SK hynix Gold P31 is $75 on Amazon right now.

Any help as to which of the above is best or any other suggestions are welcome. I would like to place my order today. The Newegg 10% off promo ends tonight.
