im looking for a game my brother used to play. i dont remember much except it had like paladins and druids, and i think one of the bosses were sirens.

I'm fairly certain it was turn-based combat which rules out Runes of Virtue. Like I said one of the bosses was a siren or serpent. It started with an S. I remember being really excited and jumping up and down on my bed when my brother got to that part in the game.
 
I just see these terms and think Fire Emblem.

"Turn-based combat"
"RPG"
"Paladin
"Druid"

That's why I asked which Game Boy at the start, because that's all I could think of.
